Provide MLS Home Searches . You will be able to search the entire MLS system through my website, save listings to your account, and even email listings that interest you to families and friends. You can even have an email search set-up so that all of the new listings within your search fields are emailed directly to you each day!

Coordinate your home search trip and schedule homes for you to view in person when you arrive.

Temporary Housing can be arranged for you if needed. I am also be happy to recommend a great local Bed and Breakfast or hotel for your stay.

Community Tours can give you a broad overview of the area. These tours also help alleviate a lot of anxiety that families often feel when moving to a new area. It provides information on shopping, schools, fitness, restaurants, and other areas that may be of interest to you. We can also tour specific neighborhoods that fit your housing wish list based on the information you provide.

Provide qualified financial resources to help make your real estate transaction an easy one! Working with a reputable lender is so critical in the relocation process. Be Your Representative and monitor the progress of your transaction. I will work closely with the financing professionals, home inspector(s), closing attorney and title company to make sure your transaction closes when you need it to close. If you are unable, or unwilling, to attend your home inspection, Ill take care of it for you!

Keep you updated! I will provide you with progress reports and keep you updated on the process of your contract all the way to closing. You will have one point of care to call whenever you have a question. If I don't have the answer immediately, I will work on resolving the matter for you as quickly as possible!
